these are bought in the UK. 
and mind you, they were loose fitting when i first bought them.


i know i have been skinny all my life.
and i have always wanted to gain weight and muscle mass.


but the state that i am in right now
i making me so mad with myself. 
so displeased.


my sisters and parents begged me to stop eating
but i didn't heed their advice.
after all, i was never fat in my life.

now i want to be proper skinny again.

i need to work on my action plan.


from this day on. 
i will place my short denim shorts near my desk.
and constantly remind myself of my former size.
